National Futurity Payment Due

70th Futurity Entry Form

Individuals
• 1st payment of $3.00 or Full Payment of $30.00 due on or before
Oct. 20, 2024
• 2nd payment of $6.00 due on or before Jan. 20, 2026
• 3rd payment of $10.00 due on or before April 20, 2027
• 4th payment of $15.00 due on or before June 20, 2027 (last one)

2026 Judges Conference – Registration

Registration for the 2026 Judges Conference is NOW OPEN!
The conference is designed to sharpen participants’ judging skills, deepen their understanding of Holstein cattle evaluation, and promote consistency in the show ring.
What to expect:
📚 Classroom session led by experienced judges
🐄 Linear evaluation discussion
🎤 Practice placing classes & giving reasons
The Holstein Association USA Judges Conference aims to establish a trusted network of qualified judges for shows of all sizes. To remain on the National or Approved Judges List, judges must participate in a judges conference and submit a judges list application every five years.

If you’re new to the list, submit a completed application by May 1, 2025.

Already on the list and updating your judging resume? You’ve got until May 15, 2025 to turn in your updated application.

  • 9 a.m. – 4-H / FFA Judging Contest (Coliseum)
  • 11 a.m. – Buckeye Dairy Club Sale (Location TBD)
  • 5 p.m. – All Breeds Showmanship (Coliseum)
    • Peewee Show will start the showmanship event, with Junior – Intermediate – Senior heats following. All ages will run at the same time
  • ADA-Mideast Sponsored Supper for all exhibitors                                                         

Thursday, March 27, 2025 – All breed shows in Cooper Arena

  • 8 a.m. – Jersey Show (Heifers – Cows)
  • 12 p.m. – Brown Swiss Show (Heifers – Cows)
  • 12 p.m. – Ayrshire Show (Heifers – Cows)
  • 4 p.m. – Guernsey Show (Heifers – Cows)
  • 4 p.m. – Milking Shorthorn Show (Heifers – Cows)

  Friday, March 28, 2025 – All breed shows in Cooper Arena

  • 8 a.m. – Holstein Show (Heifers – Cows)
  • 11 a.m. – Red and White Holstein Show (Cows – Heifers)
  • 3 p.m. – Supreme Champion Heifer and Cow Selection

**Cattle may be released after each breed show, with respect given to the exhibitors still showing

Paul Trapp – Brown Swiss, Guernsey, Holstein Shows

Junior Transfer Deadline

Don’t forget to submit your Junior transfers before the July 15th deadline! Transfers must be received via mail or online by 11:59 P.M. EST on Monday, July 15th. If you have Canadian animals, make sure they are transferred in Canada first and still meet the July 15th deadline in the US. 🐄🔄
