Prayers are asked for Martin “Bud” Yoder.
He and his family is from Ohio and Bud now lives with his wife and children in Canada.
update – 1/31/24
Continue in prayer. Rest and heal Bud.
When I first saw Bud this morning, I felt for the first time time since the accident that he was in there. Not as a spiritual presence but as a being.
Bud is still unresponsive and on life support but today we witnessed him lift his right arm up and also a slight head movement as his sisters were talking to him.
Continue in prayer for complete brain restoration, and ability to start breathing on his own.
This sad news was received from Roger Baker this morning. Bud was a long time employee of his and is still a great friend.

Many prayers are needed!
Bud has a brain bleed by the stem cell where all cognitive function happens. The bleed was caused by a clot that went to his brain.
He was giving 2 guys a tour of their farm when it happened. The man saved Bud by doing CPR.
They are doing a scan this morning. We all know the waiting game at the hospital. Sarah will give an update after the results.
Please pray for Sarah. She has experienced a lot of loss. She will need strength and wisdom to make decisions.
Also for their children, Mikaela and John. They are with their grandma.
We at Ohio Holstein will update as we receive information. Please continue to pray and offer a hand to the family if you are able, but be mindful their of their time, and know that messages to their phones and social media may not be answered quickly due to communicating with family and staying apprised of the situation themselves.
